This draft law (Bundestags-Drucksache 16/575) foresees defining such acts as continued pursuit of a person resulting in interference with the victim's lifestyle as a criminal offence in itself, which would be punishable by law.
وهو يتوخي تعريف الأفعال، من قبيل التعقب المستمر للشخص بصورة تؤدي إلى التدخل في أسلوب حياة الضحية، باعتبارها من أفعال الجرائم في حد ذاتها، مما يتطلب العقاب بحكم القانون.

A law drafted by the federal government, which is now in the legislative process, is also intended to implement the EU Council Framework Decision on Combating the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Child Pornography (Bundestags-Drucksache 16/3439).
وثمة قانون مُصاغ من قبل الحكومة الاتحادية، وهو في دور التشريع اليوم، ويتوخي هذا القانون تنفيذ القرار الإطاري لمجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي الذي يرمي إلى مكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال وتناول صور إباحية لهم.

It should also be mentioned that in 1991, replying to a question in Parliament, the German Minister for Foreign Affairs condemned “the continued military engagements of Turkish troops against the civilian population in Kurdish areas as a serious violation of international law”(in Bundestag, Drucksache, 12/1918, 14 January 1992, at 3).
ويجدر بالذكر أيضا أن وزير الخارجية الألماني أدان في عام 1991، في معرض رده على سؤال في البرلمان، ”استمرار اشتباك القوات التركية مع السكان المدنيين في المناطق الكردية باعتبار ذلك انتهاكا جسيما للقانون الدولي“ (Bundestag, Drucksache, 12/1918, 14 January 1992, at 3).
