• 1.1 The complainant is Mr. Bouabdallah Ltaief, a Tunisian citizen, born on 2 June 1967 in Gabès, Tunisia, and resident in Switzerland since 18 March 1999, where he has refugee status.
  1-1 صاحب الشكوى هو السيد بوعبد الله لطيف، مواطن تونسي، ولد في 2 حزيران/يونيه 1967 في مدينة قابس (تونس)، ويقيم في سويسرا منذ 18 آذار/مارس 1999 حيث يتمتع بوضع لاجئ.
• 2.8 According to the complainant, following this torture and ill-treatment, he was twice admitted to the emergency service at Gabès hospital, but was unable to receive any visitors or to contact his family or his lawyer.
  2-8 وحسب ما ذكره صاحب الشكوى، فقد سيق إلى مستشفى قابس مرتين في حالة طارئة بفعل ما تلقاه من تعذيب وسوء معاملة، غير أنه لم يتمكن من استقبال الزوار ولا من الاتصال بأسرته وبمحاميه.
• Organization of seminars in April 2005 to study the work of personal assistants from the Gabès, Medenine and Sfax Associations, including site visits to identify training needs by shadowing them in their daily work.
  تنظيم أيام للتأمل في نيسان/أبريل 2005 في مهنة عمال الرعاية في رابطات قابس ومدنين وصفاقس بإجراء بعثات تشخيص لتحديد احتياجات عمال الرعاية في مجال التدريب وذلك بمرافقتهم في عملهم اليومي.
