The Rio Group took note of the important contribution made by the representatives of the Non-Self-Governing Territories to the deliberations of the regional seminar organized by the Special Committee in 2004 and endorsed the ensuing conclusions and recommendations.
وقال إن مجموعة ريو أحاطت علماً بالمساهمة الهامة من ممثلى الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتى فى أعمال الحلقة الدراسية الإقليمية التى نظمتها اللجنة الخاصة فى عام 2004، ومشاركتها فى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المبثقة عنها.
