• “Reproductive Health Services” (ÜS), which are of great importance for women's health, are offered at the first-step health institutions across Turkey within the “primary healthcare services - THS” scope, mentioned in Article 12-1.
  يجري في إطار ”خدمات الرعاية الصحية الأوَّلية“ التي أشير إليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 12 تقديم ”خدمات الصحة الإنجابية“ التي لها أهمية بالغة بالنسبة لصحة المرأة في المؤسسات الصحية التي تقدِّم خدمات المرحلة الأولى في جميع أنحاء تركيا.
• Following the collaboration between The Ministry of Health in Turkey and the European Commission, 18 Youth Counselling Centres, Health Service Centres and 2 Youth Centres were established and their staff received in-service trainings through the Reproductive Health Programme of Turkey with the aim of dramatically increasing the employability, availability and quality of basic sexual health and reproductive health (CS/ÜS) services, improving the sexual health and reproductive health levels of young population and advancing the level of request for and utilization of advanced CS/ÜS services.
  وفي أعقاب التعاون بين وزارة الصحة في تركيا واللجنة الأوروبية أنشئ 18 مركزاً لتقديم المشورة إلى الشباب ولتقديم الخدمات الصحية ومركزان للشباب وتلقَّى الموظفون الذين يعملون في تلك المراكز تدريباً أثناء القيام بالعمل من خلال برنامج الصحة الإنجابية لتركيا وذلك من أجل زيادة خدمات الصحة الجنسية والصحة الإنجابية الأساسية وزيادة توفُّرها ورفع مستوى نوعيتها بما يؤدّي إلى تحسين مستويات الصحة الجنسية والصحة الإنجابية وزيادة الطلب على الخدمات المتقدمة للصحة الجنسية والصحة الإنجابية والاستفادة منها.
• Even though ÜS services target all age groups and both sexes, the most emphasized issue in Turkey in relation with this context is “Safe Motherhood” which was also underscored in the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) held in Cairo in 1994.
  وعلى الرغم من أن ”خدمات الصحة الإنجابية “ تستهدف جميع الفئات العمرية والجنسين على حدٍ سواء فإن المسألة التي يجري التأكيد عليها بأكبر قدر في تركيا بالنسبة لهذا السياق هي مسألة ”الأمومة المأمونة“ التي جرى إبرازها أيضاً في المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية الذي عُقد في القاهرة في عام 1994.
