In recognizing the need to link the national disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programme and the military integration process, the Ministry of Defence developed an approach known as the tronc Commun, in an effort to incorporate the activities common to military integration and disarmament, demobilization and reintegration, in particular in the areas of awareness-raising, registration, identification and orientation.
وتسليما من وزارة الدفاع بضرورة الربط بين البرنامج الوطني لنزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الإدماج من ناحية، وعملية الدمج العسكري، من ناحية أخرى، وضعت الوزارة نهجا يعرف باسم ”الأساس المشترك“ في محاولة لإدماج الأنشطة التي تشترك فيها كل من عمليتي الدمج العسكري، وبرنامج نزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الإدماج، لا سيما في مجالات التوعية، والتسجيل، وتحديد الهوية، والتوجيه.
