• As appears from a note verbale of 10 April 1992 from the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs addressed to the Ministry of International Cooperation of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina (unpublished text, reproduced in part in Klabbers et al., State Practice, p. 184, which reads as follows: “Le Royaume de Belgique reconnaît la République de Bosnie-Herzégovine comme Etat successeur de la Yougoslavie sur le plan international en ce qui la concerne et dans les limites de son territoire à la date du 10 avril 1992 [The Kingdom of Belgium recognizes the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina as a successor State of Yugoslavia as regards its international status and within the limits of its territory as at 10 April 1992]”).
  كما يتبين من مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 10 نيسان/أبريل 1992 صادرة عن وزارة الخارجية البلجيكية وموجهة إلى وزارة التعاون الدولي لجمهورية البوسنة والهرسك (نص غير منشور أورده جزئيا Klabbers، المرجع السالف الذكر، الصفحة 184، وجاء فيه ''إن مملكة بلجيكا تعترف بجمهورية البوسنة والهرسك دولة خلفا ليوغوسلافيا على الصعيد الدولي فيما يتعلق بها وفي حدود إقليمها بتاريخ 10 نيسان/أبريل 1992``).
