The United Nations country team in Haiti talked of a pacte de gouvernabilité and a pacte de stabilité économique.

Under the auspices of the Institut supérieur de formation politique et sociale, and with the support of the Government of Norway, 12 political parties signed on 27 September a pacte de stabilité et de gouvernabilité.
وتحت رعاية المعهد العالي للتدريب السياسي والاجتماعي، وبدعم من حكومة النرويج، وقع 12 حزبا سياسيا في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر ”ميثاق الاستقرار والقابلية للحكم“.
