The representatives also provided information on the implementation plan for the Programa Nacional de Resarcimiento (PNR), a programme of compensation for victims of human rights violations derived from conclusions and recommendations of the Comisión para el Esclarecimiento Histórico (CEH), a truth commission set up after the signing of the peace agreements between the Government and the URNG.
