This study, entitled Repenser le développement en Afrique Centrale, deals with the identity of the subregion; the strategy and stages of integration in Central Africa; the reform of integration institutions; regional cooperation; the reform of staff rules; financing of the activities of integration institutions; and the programme to revive regional integration.
وتتناول هذه الدراسة المعنونة “إعادة التفكير في التنمية في أفريقيا” هوية المنطقة دون الإقليمية، واستراتيجية ومراحل التكامل في وسط أفريقيا، وإصلاح مؤسسات التكامل؛ والتعاون الإقليمي، وإصلاح النظام الأساسي للموظفين؛ وتمويل أنشطة مؤسسات التكامل وبرنامج إحياء التكامل الإقليمي.
