In the same context, the State has created outreach centres (pôles de rayonnement) in rural areas, where women of all social backgrounds and all ages can develop and express their potential through cultural and social activities and self-development efforts.
وفي هذا الإطار ذاته، أنشأت الدولة أقطاب إشعاع في المناطق الريفية تشكل فضاءات تنشيط تتجسد فيها القدرات الكامنة لجميع شرائح المجتمع بكل فئاتها العمرية من خلال المشاركة في أنشطة ثقافية واجتماعية وتنشيطية وأنشطة للتنمية الذاتية.
