Austria, the European Commission on Human Rights stated so in the following terms: “taken separately, the words `according to the findings of the inquiry the baby was, in all probability, killed by his grandmother, aged 68 [aurait selon toute probabilité, été tué] are close to an affirmation of the petitioner's guilt, and thus are open to criticism.
ففي قضيةضد النمسا، أقرت اللجنة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان بهذا الأمر بعباراتها التالية: “إذا نقلت الكلمات من سياقها: يُستنتج من التحقيق أن الرضيع ربما لقي مصرعه على الأرجح على يد جدته، البالغة من العمر ثمانية وستين (68) عاما، وهذا يوشك على تأكيد المسؤولية الجنائية للمدعى عليها، وبالتالي فهذه الكلمات تقبل النقد.
