• Cooperation with the Instituto Geográfico Nacional in Spain and l'Agence Nationale de la Conservation Foncière, du Cadastre et de la Cartographie in Morocco, based on a partnership agreement, is for the purpose of performing the three activities:
  يهدف التعاون مع المعهد الوطني للجغرافيا في إسبانيا والوكالة الوطنية للمحافظة العقارية والمسح العقاري والخرائطية في المغرب الذي يقوم على أساس اتفاقية شراكة إلى إنجاز الأنشطة الثلاثة التالية:
• The representative of Spain presented the document entitled “List of names in Spanish of countries and their capitals” (E/CONF.98/CRP.15 and CRP.15/EN) which reported on the list of Spanish forms of country names and capital cities available on the website of the Instituto Geográfico Nacional.
  وعرض ممثل إسبانيا وثيقة بعنوان ”قائمة بأسماء البلدان وعواصمها باللغة الإسبانية“ (E/CONF.98/CRP.15 و CRP.15/EN)، تناولت قائمة بالصيغ الإسبانية لأسماء البلدان وعواصمها المتاحة على موقع المعهد الجغرافي الوطني على الإنترنت.
• A round table on the recently created Brazil Geographical Names Database (Banco de Nomes Geográficos do Brasil (BNGB)) attracted an audience of more than 60 people who participated in the proposed debate on geocartographical and language aspects involved in the national standardization of geographical names.
  واجتذب اجتماع حول مائدة مستديرة عن قاعدة البيانات التي أنشئت حديثاً للأسماء الجغرافية في البرازيل Banco de Nomes Geograficos do) Brasil (BNGB)) جمهوراً من الحضور يربو على 60 شخصاً شاركوا في الحوار المقترح عن الجوانب المتعلقة برسم الخرائط الأرضية والجوانب اللغوية التي تنطوي عليها عملية توحيد الأسماء الجغرافية على الصعيد الوطني.
• Various activities connected with the updating of geodetic, gravimetric and cartographic work are already being carried out under an agreement between the engineering firms and specialized institutes of the two countries, namely Spain's Instituto Geográfico Nacional/Centro Nacional de Información Geográfica and the Morocco's Agence de la Conservation Foncière, du Cadastre et de la Cartographie/Direction du Cadastre et de la Cartographie.
