• As part of the NGO coordination group on displacement GDF (Grupo de ONG sobre Desplazamiento Forzado, NGO Group on Forced Displacement), and previously within Partners in Action (PARinAC), the CCJ took part as focal point in the annual sessions of the pre-Executive and Executive Committee and, beginning in 2001, presented analytical reports reflecting the position of the NGOs on the displacement situation: in 2001, Aspectos Generales de Preocupación (“General Issues of Concern”), and in 2002, with the NGO Consultoría para los Derechos Humanos y el Desplazamiento (Consultancy for Human Rights and Displacement -CODHES), Aspectos Críticos de la Política Pública de Atención a la Población en Situación de Desplazamiento, 1998-2002 (“Critical Aspects of Public Policy of Attention to the Displaced Population”).
