At the request of Manoharan, he had looked for the purchase of a three-wheeler and through Cader, he finally came in contact with Rahuman and arranged the transaction. He was given Rs. 2,000 by Manoharan for this deal.
وبناء على طلب مانوهاران، بحث عن شراء مركبة ذات عجلات ثلاث، وأنه تمكّن عن طريق صدر في نهاية المطاف من الاتصال بخليل الرحمن، وأعد لإتمام الصفقة، وأنه حصل على 000 2 روبية من مانوهاران مقابل هذه الصفقة.
On being questioned Halilu Rahuman stated that on 20 May 2006 he sold the three-wheeler to one Balasundaram Manoharan for Rs. 244,000 and Balasundaram was introduced to him by his cousin Mohammed Cader and a broker whom he came to know later as Sundaraj Kumaravel.
وعند استجواب خليل الرحمن، ذكر أنه باع المركبة ذات العجلات الثلاث في 20 أيار/مايو 2006 إلى المدعو بالاسوندارام مانوهاران مقابل 000 244 روبية، وأن ابن عمه محمد قادر، وسمسار عُرف بعد ذلك أنه صنداراج كومارافل قد عرّفاه على بالاسوندارام.
