• (a) The ARADO's emergency training programme features intensive seminars covering selected topics the relevance of which derives from the current evolving situation in Iraq.
  (أ) تتبنى المنظمة في إطار برنامج التدريب الإسعافي عقد ندوات مكثفة تغطي موضوعات مختارة تفرضها الظروف والمتغيرات الحالية التي تسود في العراق، وتحضرها القيادات الإدارية والمهنية.
• (b) Under these programmes, ARADO will also offer specialized training courses for every level in all sectors, including health, agriculture, industry and trade, and in civil society institutions.
  (ب) تقدم المنظمة أيضا في هذا البرنامج دورات تدريبية متخصصة لجميع المستويات في كل قطاع من القطاعات مثل قطاع الصحة والزراعة والصناعة والتجارة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
• - ARADO will supply discarded books from its own library of 30 000 books in Arabic and 15 000 books in foreign languages.

• The United Nations/World Bank Joint Iraq Needs Assessment, to which IMF also contributed, was examined and compared with the ARADO plan for the reconstruction and development of the Iraqi administration which ARADO had earlier submitted to the meeting for all organizations organized by the General Secretariat on 20 April 2003 to discuss initial ideas of what those organizations could contribute in support of the Iraqi people.
  تتسم المشاكل البيئية بأنها شاملة لعدة قطاعات. وسيتعين على وزارة البيئة أن تعمل في إطار تعاوني مع وزارات أخرى كثيرة، وبخاصة وزارة البلديات والأشغال العامة ووزارة الموارد المائية، من أجل حل المشاكل البيئية.
• In view of the importance of consultancy services and the role they play in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of administration in coping with change, ARADO will provide consultancy and technical advisory services for institutions and corporate bodies in the governmental (i.e. public) and private sectors and for civil society institutions. The object will be to reorganize and enhance the overall performance of the agency concerned and develop its data structure, technological resources and operational practices. ARADO will also make its services available in the field of administrative leadership development, with a view to taking maximum advantage of the available human resources.
  نظرا لأهمية الاستشارات ودورها في فاعلية وكفاءة الإدارة لمواجهة التغيير والتطوير تقوم المنظمة بتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية والمشورة الفنية لمؤسسات وشركات القطاع الحكومي (أو العام) والخاص ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني وذلك من خلال إعادة التنظيم وتقييم الأداء الكلي، وتطوير البنية المعلوماتية والوسائل التقنية والإجراءات المستخدمة، كما تقدم خدماتها في مجال تنمية القيادات الإدارية والاستغلال الأمثل للموارد البشرية.
