Two of the newly reported cases concern members of the Guerrilla Group of the East Coast and Aragon (Agrupación Guerrillera de Levante y Aragón, or AGLA), who were allegedly persecuted by the Guardia Civil and disappeared in 1947 and 1949.

Another case concerns a farmer, who belonged to the guerrilla group Federación de Guerrillas Astur-Galaico Leonesas, 2DA, Agrupación de Orense, whose disappearance in 1950 in Avila was alleged to have been carried out by the Guardia Civil.

On 29 September the Special Rapporteur was informed that Viviana Diaz, President of the non-governmental organization Agrupación de Familiares de Detenidos Desaparecidos, as well as two Socialist Party senators, Ricardo Nuñez and José Antonio Viera Gallo, along with their families, had been threatened.

(d) The establishment of a department of labour services within the Technical Service Department. This department, which was set up by AHM in March 2006, is responsible for raising awareness of the need to comply with labour laws and regulations, establish good practices and strengthen corporate social responsibility through cooperation with programmes such as “Comply and Win: Strengthening Labour Rights” and institutions such as the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (STSS), the Honduran American Chamber of Commerce, the Fair Labor Association and the knitted fabrics association “Agrupación Española de Género de Punto”;
(د) إنشاء إدارة خدمات العمال تحت إشراف الإدارة التقنية للخدمات، في رابطة عمال الصناعات التجهيزية الهندوراسية في شهر آذار/مارس 2006. وتتمثل مهام تلك الإدارة في تعزيز برنامج للتوعية بغية إعمال القانون ولوائحه في مجال العمل، بما يفضي إلى إيجاد ممارسات جيدة وتعزيز مسؤولية أرباب الأعمال الاجتماعية بالتضافر مع برامج ومؤسسات من قبيل: مشروع انجز واربح: تعزيز حقوق العمال، ووزارة الدولة لشؤون العمل والضمان الاجتماعي، وغرفة التجارة الهندوراسية الأمريكية، ورابطة العمل النزيه، والتجمع الإسباني لأشكال غرز الحياكة.
