The source informed the Working Group that Mr. Channy Cheam, born on 15 February 1961, of Cambodian nationality, elected member of the Cambodian Parliament for the opposition Sam Rainsy Party, was arrested on 3 February 2005 and is currently being detained at the Toul Sleng National Military Prison in Phnom Penh by the National Military Police.
