• On 18 February 2005, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression, the Special Rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on the situation of human rights defenders sent an urgent appeal to the Government of Nepal regarding Gauri Pradhan, advocate for children's rights and founding president of the Child Workers in Nepal Concern Centre (CWIN), a leading child rights organization focusing on child labour, trafficking, and the impact of conflict on children.
  في 18 شباط/فبراير 2005، قام رئيس - مقرر الفريق العامل المعني بالاحتجاز التعسفي، والمقرر الخاص المعني بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان وحرية الرأي والتعبير والمقرر الخاص المعني ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الإباحية والممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بحالة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان نداء ملحاً إلى حكومة نيبال بخصوص السيد غوري برادهين، المحامي عن حقوق الطفل والرئيس المؤسس لمركز العناية بالأطفال العمال في نيبال، وهي منظمة رائدة في مجال حقوق الطفل تركِّز على العمال من الأطفال والاتجار بهم وأثر النـزاعات على الأطفال.
