  أشارت البوسنة والهرسك (جمهورية سربسكا) الى أنه، علاوة على الغرامات الادارية المطبقة على الأفراد والأشخاص القانونيين بموجب قانونها الخاص بالصيد وقانونها الخاص بالغابات، توجد عقوبات تصل الى السجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات بموجب القانون الجنائي بالنسبة لتصدير النباتات والحيوانات الخاضعة لحماية خاصة، وكذلك بالنسبة لتدمير البيئة الحيوانية والنباتية أو الأنواع النادرة في البيئات الخضراء الخاضعة للحماية.
