• A person participating in recruiting, transportation, providing shelter or receiption to persons threatening or using force or other forms of compelling, kidnapping or deceit, abuse of power or someone's vulnerabillity, or taking or giving payments or privileges in order to obtain consent of person who controls another person with the aim to exploit the person, shall be sentenced to one to ten year term of imprisonment.
  (أ) الشخص الذي يشترك في تجنيد ونقل وتوفير المأوى أو الاستقبال لأشخاص ويهدد أو يستخدم القوة أو أشكالا أخرى للضغط أو الاختطاف أو الخداع، وإساءة استعمال السلطة أو حالة العنف لدى أي شخص، أو يأخذ أو يقدم مدفوعات أو امتيازات من أجل الحصول على موافقة الشخص الذي يسيطر على شخص آخر بهدف استغلال الشخص، سوف يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنة وعشر سنوات؛
