• (23) While noting various measures taken by the State party, including the survey issued on 21 February 2007 by the National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT) on the issue of physical and sexual violence against women, and the establishment on 8 March 2006 of an ad hoc toll-free number 1522, called “Anti-violence against Women (Anti-violenza Donna)”, the Committee remains concerned about the persistence of violence against women and children, including domestic violence.
  (23) بينما تلاحظ اللجنة التدابير المختلفة التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف، بما في ذلك الدراسة الاستقصائية - التي أصدرهـا في 21 شباط/فبراير 2007 المعهد الوطني للإحصـاء بشأن مسألـة العنـف الجسدي والجنسي ضد المرأة - وإنشاء خط هاتفي مجاني بالرقم 1522 في 8 آذار/مارس 2006 باسم "مناهضـة العنف ضد المرأة"، فإنها ما تزال تشعر بالقلق إزاء استمرار العنف ضد النساء والأطفال، بما في ذلك العنف المنزلي.
