• (b) Strategic Plan for Drinking Water and Sanitation 2005-2015 INAA, as a member of the National Commission on Drinking Water and Sewerage (Comisión Nacional de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado Sanitario) (CONAPAS), has taken part in the development and revision of the sectoral Strategic Plan for Drinking Water and Sanitation (2005-2015), following arduous work done by the Technical Committee of CONAPAS and the Technical Secretariat of the Presidency (SETEC).
  اشترك المعهد النيكاراغوي لتوريد المياه والصرف الصحي (INAA)، بوصفه عضواً في اللجنة الوطنية المعنية بمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي "كونا باس" (COAPAS)، في وضع الخطة الاستراتيجية القطاعية لمياه الشرب والإصحاح (2005-2015)، بعد جهود شاقة اضطلعت بها اللجنة الفنية "كونا باس" والأمانة الفنية لرئاسة الجمهورية (SETEC).
• The information system was managed by the National Engineering University. The results were presented to the technical team with a view to framing strategies and seeking alternative local treatment solutions in the case of arsenic, and to seek resources to drill new wells, together with engineering studies in hydrogeology and socioeconomic and epidemiological studies in order to set up the Monitoring System for Health Risks (Sistema de Vigilancia de Riesgos Sanitarios) in population centres within the area of influence, relying on participation by the MINSA research team acting pursuant to the Law on Health and its regulations.
  وأدارت نظام المعلومات جامعة الهندسة الوطنية وقدمت المعلومات إلى الفريق الفني بغية وضع استراتيجيات والتماس حلول معالجة محلية بديلة في حالة وجود الزرنيخ والتماس موارد لحفر آبار جديدة، جنباً إلى جنب مع دراسات هندسية في الجوانب الهيدروجيولوجية ودراسات اجتماعية واقتصادية ووبائية بغية وضع نظام رصد للأخطار الصحية في المراكز السكانية في مناطق التأثر بالأخطار، بالاعتماد على مشاركة فريق البحث التابع لوزارة الصحة الذي يضطلع بهذا الجهد عملاً بقانون الصحة وأنظمته.
