• The reorganized Service is responsible for: (a) mailing, custodial and property management; (b) operation and maintenance of all physical facilities and technical installations at the Palais des Nations, the Villa Le Bocage, the Pavillons Le Bocage, the villa Les Feuillantines, Villa La Pelouse, its annex and Villa La Fenetre, as well as the supervision of operation of Palais Wilson; (c) the security and safety of persons and property within the complex of the Palais des Nations and its annexes, including the Palais Wilson and La Maison Internationale de l'Environnement; and (d) procurement services and travel and transportation-related activities.

• Areas of responsibility include: (a) mailing, custodial and property management; (b) operation and maintenance of all physical facilities and technical installations at the Palais des Nations, the Villa Le Bocage, the Pavillons Le Bocage, the villa Les Feuillantines, Villa La Pelouse and its annex and Villa La Fenêtre, as well as the supervision of operation of Palais Wilson; (c) the security and safety of persons and property within the complex of the Palais des Nations and its annexes, including the Palais Wilson and La Maison Internationale de l'Environnement; and (d) procurement services and travel- and transportation-related activities, including visa processing.
