• The main aim of the World Organization of Former Students of Catholic Education (Organisation Mondiale des Anciens et Anciennes Elèves de l'Enseignement Catholique (OMAAEC)) is to motivate the Member Associations and adherent Associations of Former Students of Catholic Education in all the Continents to a conscious participation of each member as singular or plural in an involving social humanisation as active citizens, through programmes that privileges gratuity and voluntary solidarity in defence of multicultural and plural-religious human values with democratic criteria. Theme for all: `contribution for solidarity, education, development'.
  الهدف الرئيسي للمنظمة العالمية لطلاب التعليم الكاثوليكي السابقين هو حفز الرابطات الأعضاء ورابطات طلاب التعليم الكاثوليكي السابقين المنضمة في جميع القارات على مشاركة واعية من جانب كل عضو فرداً كان أو جماعة في عملية قائمة على المشاركة لإضفاء الصبغة الإنسانية على المجتمع بوصفهم مواطنين نشيطين، من خلال برامج تحبذ العمل بلا مقابل والتضامن التطوعي دفاعا عن القيم الإنسانية المتعددة الثقافات والأديان في ظل معايير ديمقراطية حيث الموضوع المطروح للجميع هو: ”الإسهام في التضامن والتثقيف والتنمية“.
• A number of research projects dealing with the role of women in rural areas were funded or co-funded and focussed on such topics as developing and testing innovative further training programmes for women holding managerial positions in agricultural and horticultural enterprises as a contribution to the Europeanisation of education (the goal is to support women in managerial or executive positions); educational and training work and women in rural areas (survey on training offers and the participation of women); options to humanise forest work done by women (the objective is to determine all stress and strain to which women are exposed in forest work with a view to improving the working environment of female forest workers and allowing them to reconcile their work and family obligations).
  وتم تمويل عدد من المشاريع البحثية التي تعالج دور المرأة في المناطق الريفية. وركزت هذه المشاريع على مواضيع مثل تطوير وتجربة البرامج التدريبية المبتكرة للنساء اللاتي يشغلن مناصب إدارية في مشاريع الزراعة والبساتين، مساهمة منها في إضفاء الطابع الأوروبي على التعليم (وهدفها دعم المرأة لشغل المناصب الإدارية أو التنفيذية)؛ وركزت المشاريع أيضا على التعليم والتدريب وعلى المرأة في المناطق الريفية (دراسة استقصائية عن التدريب المتاح للمرأة ومشاركتها فيها)؛ والخيارات المتاحة لإضفاء الطابع الإنساني على العمل الحراجي الذي تقوم به المرأة (والهدف هو تحديد جميع أنواع التوترات والضغوط التي تتعرض لها المرأة في العمل الحراجي بهدف تحسين البيئة العملية للعاملات في مجال الحراجة والسماح لهن بالتوفيق بين التزامات عملهن والتزاماتهن العائلية).
• The fundamental values of the constitutional order are: the fundamental freedoms and rights of the individual and citizen, recognised in international law and determined by the Constitution; the free expression of ethnic identity; equitable representation of citizens belonging to all communities in state bodies and other public institutions at all levels; the rule of law; the separation of state powers into legislative, executive and judicial; political pluralism and free, direct and democratic elections; the legal protection of property; the freedom of the market and entrepreneurship; humanity, social justice and solidarity; local self-government; organising and humanising the environment, protecting and improving living conditions and the natural environment; respect for the generally accepted norms of international law (Article 8 of the Constitution).
  ويرتكز النظام الدستوري على قيم أساسية هي: حقوق الفرد أو المواطن وحرياته الأساسية التي ينص عليها القانون الدولي ويحددها الدستور؛ وحرية التعبير عن الهوية الإثنية؛ والمساواة في تمثيل المواطنين من كافة الجماعات في هيئات الدولة وغيرها من المؤسسات العامة على مختلف المستويات؛ وسيادة القانون؛ والفصل بين سلطات الدولة التشريعية والتنفيذية والقضائية؛ والتعددية السياسية والانتخابات الحرة والمباشرة والديمقراطية؛ والحماية القانونية للملكية؛ وحرية السوق وتنظيم المشاريع؛ والمعاملة الإنسانية والعدالة الاجتماعية والتضامن؛ والحكم الذاتي المحلي؛ وتنظيم البيئة وملاءمتها للشروط الإنسانية، وتحسين الظروف المعيشية وحماية البيئة الطبيعية؛ واحترام قواعد القانون الدولي المتفق عليها عالمياً (المادة 8 من الدستور).
