• Received Post-Grado in Política Fiscal from Fundación Getúlio Vargas and Título Professional de Economista from Universidad Particular Ricardo Palma.

• Asociación Nacional de Economistas de Cuba (ANEC) recommended continuing paying attention to socio-economic disparities between urban and rural areas.

• ANEC also offers services on technical, economic and accounting advice through CANEC (Consultoria de Servicios Economicos de la Asociacion National de Economistas de Cuba), its Consulting Enterprise counting more than 900 Expert Consultants, (of which 80% are retired personnel).

• The Rede das Mulheres Economistas de Cabo Verde (Network of Women Economists of Cape Verde) (REDEMEC) stated that the situation of insecurity in Cape Verde was under better control, although some murders had been observed.
