• The following strategic lines of action are strongly recommended to counter the banalisation and the democratization of racism and to uproot the deeper sources of the growing racist and political platforms all over the world:

• a “banalisation” of racism and intolerance: while the notion of racism as a theory based on the so-called superiority of a race or ethnic group over another is no longer so pronounced, theories of supposedly insurmountable cultural differences between groups can be observed;
  ويؤكد المؤتمر الأوروبي في تبادل خبراته في هذا المجال مع مناطق أخرى، أولوية العمل على المستويين الوطني والمحلي وعمل الحكومات بالتعاون مع المجتمع المدني.
