• The administration and management of the Federación Interamericana de Touring y Automóvil Clubes (FITAC) is the responsibility of the Assembly (the highest authority, which meets every three years), the Board of Directors, which is responsible for ensuring that statutes and regulations are observed and which meets once a year, and the Executive Committee, which acts on behalf of the Board of Directors and holds periodic meetings.
  يتولى مهمة تسيير وإدارة اتحاد البلدان الأمريكية لنوادي الرحلات والسيارات كل من الجمعية (وهي السلطة العليا التي تجتمع كل 3 سنوات)، ومجلس الإدارة، وهو المسؤول عن الامتثال للقوانين والأنظمة، ويجتمع مرة كل سنة، واللجنة التنفيذية، التي تتصرف باسم مجلس الإدارة، وتعقد اجتماعات دورية.
