• In 2006, as part of the sectoral programme “Support for the rights of indigenous peoples” under the component “Regularization and titling of land of community origin”, phase II, 2005-2009, financed by Denmark and involving the vice-ministerial Department of Lands, the National Institute of Land Reform and the non-governmental organizations Investigación Social y Asesoramiento Legal Potosí (ISALP) in the highlands and Centro de Planificación Territorial Indígena (CPTI) of the Confederación de Pueblos Indígenas de Bolivia (CIDOB) in the lowlands, work has began to develop a strategy for mainstreaming gender activities into land regularization in the project areas. The objective will be to include women systematically in the entire process of regularizing title to agrarian property in order to ensure that their rights of access to and tenure of land are legally recognized in sufficient quantity and quality to contribute to the sustainable development of their peoples.
  في إطار البرنامج القطاعي لدعم حقوق الشعوب الأصلية، تحت محور تسوية وضع الأراضي التي يعود أصلها إلى المجتمعات المحلية وتمليكها، في المرحلة الثانية من فترة 2005-2009، وبتمويل من الدانمرك ومشاركة من مكتب وكيل الوزارة المعنية بالأراضي، والمعهد الوطني للإصلاح الزراعي، والمنظمة غير الحكومية للتقصي الاجتماعي والمساعدة القانونية في بوتوسي بالهضاب العالية، والمنظمة غير الحكومية لمركز تخطيط أراضي الشعوب الأصلية التابع لاتحاد الشعوب الأصلية في بوليفيا في الأراضي المنخفضة، بدأ العمل في عام 2006 على صوغ استراتيجية لتعميم مراعاة المنظور الجنساني في أعمال تسوية وضع الأراضي المشمولة بالمشروع، بغية إشراك المرأة بصورة منتظمة في جميع أشواط عملية تسوية الحق في ملكية الأراضي الزراعية، بما يكفل الاعتراف بموجب القانون بحقوقها وفرصها في الحصول على الأراضي وحيازتها، بصورة كافية كمّاً وكيفاً للمساهمة في التنمية المستدامة لشعوبها.
