  التذييل ألف للنظام الاداري للموظفين - بدل الاعالة لأولاد الموظفين في فئة الخـدمة العامة - تنص المادة 6-9 (ب) من النظام الأساسي للموظفين على أنه "يحق لموظفي فئة الخدمة العامة والفئات المتصلة بها الحصول على بدلات اعالة بالمعدلات والشروط التي يقررها المدير العام مع ايلاء المراعاة الواجبة للظروف السائدة في موقع العمل.
