• The so-called “Ban on Contact Act” of 30 September 197720 allows, through the introduction of paragraphs 31 to 38 to the “Introductory Act to the Judiciary Act” (Einfuhrungsgesetz zum Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz, EGGVG), for the preclusion of any contact between imprisoned terrorists and non-official persons outside the detention facility.
