  - ضبط العناصر الإرهابية ممن قاموا بأعمال إرهابية من قتل الأمريكيين بمحافظة اب وقتل أحد العناصر السياسية بأمانة العاصمة.
• (b) Work is continuing on the construction of modern central prisons in the governorates of Abyan, Shabwah, Bayda' and Siy'un so that prisoners can be moved from existing prisons and the latter can be used for persons in pretrial detention;
  (ب) مازال العمل جارياً لبناء سجون مركزية حديثة في كلٍ من محافظات (أبين - شبوة - البيضاء - سيئون) لنقل السجناء إليها من السجون الحالية والاستفادة من الأخيرة للمحبوسين احتياطياً؛
• Juvenile divisions have been created in nine courts and juvenile prosecution offices have been established in nine governorates (Sana`a, Aden, Ta`izz, Abyan, Hudaydah, Hadramawt, Hajjah, Ibb and Dhumar).
