• CARP: Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (Programme de réforme agraire d'ensemble)
  ويشمل هذا البرنامج مشاريع كإعداد عرض ثقافي منتظم؛ وإصدار منشورات أو أشرطة فيديو؛ وترميم الأماكن الأثرية، مما سيكون من شأنه إغناء الأنشطة السياحية.
• DAR: Department of Agrarian Reform (Département de la réforme agraire)
