On 8 March, a 13-member Ad Hoc Commission (Commission ad hoc chargée de veiller à la stricte application du décret) headed by the Minister of Justice was established and charged with ensuring the strict application of the Presidential Decree on amnesty; the Commission is mandated to review the cases of those persons who stand to benefit from the amnesty.
وفي 8 آذار/مارس، أنشئت لجنة مخصصة مؤلفة من 13 عضوا (اللجنة المخصصة المكلفة بضمان التطبيق الكامل للمرسوم) برئاسة وزير العدل وكلفت بضمان التطبيق الكامل للمرسوم الرئاسي المتعلق بالعفو؛ كما كلفت اللجنة بإعادة النظر في قضايا الأشخاص الذين ربما يستفيدون من العفو.
