• The Second Meeting of JCB was held on 29 July 2002 with the participation of Special Representative Ambassador Brahimi, the ISAF Commander Major General Zorlu, Vice President and Defence Minister Fehim Khan, Interior Minister Wardak, General Kern from the United States Embassy and German Commander Wolf from KMNB.
  وعُقد الاجتماع الثاني لهيئة التنسيق المشتركة في 29 تموز/يوليه 2002 بمشاركة الممثل الخاص السفير الإبراهيمي، وقائد القوة الميجور جنرال زورلو ونائب الرئيس ووزير الدفاع فهيم خان، ووزير الداخلية ورداك، والجنرال كيرن من سفارة الولايات المتحدة والقائد الألماني فولف من لواء كابول المتعدد الجنسيات. وكان جدول أعمال اجتماع هيئة التنسيق المشتركة مكونا من البنود التالية:
• 3) The Joint Coordinating Body (JCB), set up in accordance with the Military Technical Agreement, held its first meeting during the term of Turkish leadership of the ISAF on 27 June 2002, with an agenda prepared by the ISAF and with the participation of the Secretary-General's Special Representative, Ambassador Brahimi, the ISAF Commander Major General Zorlu, Minister of the Interior Taj Muhammed Wardak and Chief of the General Staff General Dilaver.
  (3) وقد عقدت هيئة التنسيق المشتركة التي أنشئت وفقا لأحكام الاتفاق التقني العسكري اجتماعها الأول إبان ولاية القيادة التركية للقوة في 27 حزيران/يونيه 2002، مستعينة بجدول أعمال أعدته القوة. وشارك في الاجتماع الممثل الخاص للأمين العام السفير الإبراهيمي، وقائد القوة الميجور جنرال زورلو، ووزير الداخلية تاج محمد ورداك ورئيس الأركان العامة الجنرال ديلاوير.
