M. Fronc, from the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic, and R. Kvetnansky, Chairman of the Commission for Research and Peaceful Uses of Space, participated in the first meeting of the Space Council of the European Commission and the European Space Agency (ESA), held in Brussels on 25 November 2004.
