وفي هذا الصدد، أكدوا أن إحراز تقدم في المشاورات بين القوات المسلحة الوطنية لكوت ديفوار والقوات المسلحة للقوات الجديدة ضروري ”لبدء عملية متزامنة إن على المستوى السياسي وإن على مستوى نزع السلاح“.
