• A concession of the public services to provide clean water and sanitation in Guayaquil was made trough a contract, signed on 11 April 2001, between the state institution ECAPAG (Empresa Cantonal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Guayaquil) and a private company (International Water Services Interagua C. Ltda).
  وقد مُنح امتياز التزويد بالماء النقي والصرف الصحي في هذه المدينة إلى شركة خاصة هي الشركة الدولية المحدودة لخدمات المياه بموجب عقد أبرمته معها في 11 نيسان/أبريل 2001 شركة توفير مياه الشرب (ECAPAG) التابعة للدولة.
• (b) Strategic Plan for Drinking Water and Sanitation 2005-2015 INAA, as a member of the National Commission on Drinking Water and Sewerage (Comisión Nacional de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado Sanitario) (CONAPAS), has taken part in the development and revision of the sectoral Strategic Plan for Drinking Water and Sanitation (2005-2015), following arduous work done by the Technical Committee of CONAPAS and the Technical Secretariat of the Presidency (SETEC).
  اشترك المعهد النيكاراغوي لتوريد المياه والصرف الصحي (INAA)، بوصفه عضواً في اللجنة الوطنية المعنية بمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي "كونا باس" (COAPAS)، في وضع الخطة الاستراتيجية القطاعية لمياه الشرب والإصحاح (2005-2015)، بعد جهود شاقة اضطلعت بها اللجنة الفنية "كونا باس" والأمانة الفنية لرئاسة الجمهورية (SETEC).
