At the initiative of the BFEG and the Procurement Commission (Commission des Achats, CA) of the Confederation, a monitoring instrument was developed to ensure respect for wage equality in enterprises. This monitoring instrument was tested from 2001 to 2003, in the framework of a pilot project: in two of five enterprises reviewed, significant gender-related wage disparities were found.
وبناء على مبادرة من المكتب الاتحادي للمساواة بين النساء والرجال واللجنة الاتحادية للمشتريات، تمّ تطوير أداة مراقبة تسمح بالتأكد من احترام المساواة في الأجور في الشركات، جرى اختبارها ما بين عامي 2001 و 2003، في إطار مشروع رائد: ولوحظ تفاوت كبير في الأجور على أساس نوع الجنس في شركتين من أصل خمس شركات خضعت للفحص.
