Examination of the annual accounts of NPA, as presented to the Panel, for the year 2004 revealed the following interesting points:-
• ينبغي أن تقوم شركة مراجعة حسابات دولية ومستقلة بالتحقيق في الإيصالات المنخفضة لرسوم الاستيراد وضريبة البيع، المقدمة من مستوردي النفط والأرز، على أن يحاسب المذنبون.
