وهذه الإجراءات تشمل كذلك تهيئة سُبُل مشاركة المرأة بنسبة 60 في المائة في إجراءات التدريب (في الدعوة الأخيرة ترتفع النسبة المئوية إلى 70 في المائة) كما تشمل إيلاء عناية خاصة للأخذ بالأساليب المرنة لتدريب النساء (التدريب عن بُعد).
