• cit. nota 84, pág. 56: “The responsibility for incompatible reservations is (…) shared by reserving and accepting States” [La responsabilidad por las reservas incompatibles la (…) comparten el Estado autor de la reserva y los Estados que la acepten], pero aparentemente se desprende del contexto que el autor considera que ni la reserva incompatible ni su aceptación sean hechos internacionalmente ilícitos; más que de “responsabilidad” en el sentido estrictamente jurídico (responsibility), se debe sin duda hablar aquí de “responsabilidad” en el sentido de la obligación de rendir cuentas (accountability)).
