  وفي سياق مبادرة إيكوال الجماعية، تم منذ عام 2000 تنفيذ مبادرة مكافحة العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب في وسائل الإعلام (دريم) بواسطة شراكة التنمية - شبكة مكافحة العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب في وسائل الإعلام ممولة بنسبة 75 في المائة من الصندوق الاجتماعي الأوروبي وبنسبة 25 في المائة من وزارة العمل والرعاية. وكان المشاركون في هذا البرنامج كما يلي:
• • In the framework of the 2nd Community Support Framework and the Operational Programme « Combating Exclusion from the labour market », the Ministry of Health and Welfare, through the Directorate for the Protection of People with Disabilities, has implemented the programme « Ergonomic arrangements in places housing State and Municipal Services », which has financed 13 Prefecture Authorities and 5 Regional Administrations in order to implement interventions in buildings of their competency so as to make them accessible to people with disabilities.
  • وفي سياق إطار الدعم المجتمعي الثاني والبرنامج التشغيلي ”مكافحة الاستبعاد من سوق العمل“، عملت وزارة الصحة والرعاية، من خلال مديرية حماية ذوي الإعاقات، على تنفيذ برنامج ”الترتيبات الاقتصادية الزراعية في أماكن إسكان الدولة والخدمات البلدية“ فموَّلت 13 من سلطات المقاطعات و5 من الإدارات الإقليمية من أجل تنفيذ التدخلات في المباني الخاضعة لسلطتها بما يجعلها مهيأة لاستقبال ذوي الإعاقات.
