• En association avec l'Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Económica de Cuba, la CEPALC a, en avril 2004, publié un ouvrage intitulé Política social y reformas estructurales: Cuba a principios del siglo XXI. Cette étude examine et analyse les politiques sociales mises en œuvre récemment par le Gouvernement et leurs retombées sur la protection sociale.
