• Le 6 mai, deux organisations non gouvernementales israéliennes de défense des droits de l'homme, B'Tselem et Hamoked, ont publié un rapport intitulé « Utterly forbidden: the torture and ill-treatment of Palestinian detainees » (Formellement interdit : la torture et les mauvais traitements infligés aux détenus palestiniens), dans lequel elles affirmaient que les agents du Service de sécurité Shin Bet avaient recours à des techniques d'interrogation qui relevaient d'actes de torture contre des détenus palestiniens.
