Noting Israel's continuing violations of its binding agreements, understandings and undertakings with the Palestine Liberation Organization, the Palestinian Authority and other Arab parties, including the Sharm el-Sheikh agreements of 8 February 2005 on truce measures and the release of prisoners and detainees,
- وإذ يشير إلى استمرار إسرائيل في نقض الاتفاقات والتفاهمات والتعهدات التي التزمت بها مع منظمة التحرير والسلطة الفلسطينية وأطراف عربية أخرى ومن بينها تفاهمات شرح الشيخ (8 شباط/فبراير 2005) الخاصة بإجراءات التهدئة وإطلاق سراح الأسرى والموقوفين،

“والحقيقة التي لا يطالها شك هو أن كل بلد، ولاسيما البلدان الواقعة على طول الحدود الألمانية أو المتاخمة لها، تدرك تماما أن أعمال ألمانيا في النمسا وتشيكوسلوفاكيا وبولندا أعمال عدوانية لا مبرر لها، وأن هتلر بهجومه وغزوه، لم ينتهك كل أحكام ميثاق بريان-كيلوغ فحسب، بل نقض كل التعهدات التي قطعها لتلك البلدان؛ وكل بلد من تلك البلدان يستنكر تماما أعمال ألمانيا والسؤال المطروح عليه آنذاك هو أين ستنزل الضربة القادمة.
