The Advisory Committee notes from the report of the Secretary-General on the proposed budget of the Force (A/55/788, annex I.C, para. 29) that this increase is attributable to increased specialized training requirements in administrative back-stopping functions to update the skills of UNFICYP staff in the areas of communications, procurement, personnel functions, generator training and vehicle logbook training.
