  المادة 83 - تتم مصادرة جميع الممتلكات المنقولة والثابتة والمركبات والأدوات والمعدات والأصول والأموال والأغراض الأخرى المستخدمة في ارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون أو الجرائم ذات الصلة بتمويل الإرهاب وكذلك الممتلكات والأصول المتأتية من هذه الأعمال على سبيل الاحتياط بواسطة السلطة المختصة التي تنظر في القضية وينطبق الشيء ذاته فيما يتعلق بالأسهم والاستثمارات الرأسمالية وممتلكات الشركات التجارية المشاركة في هذه الأعمال.
