The Board is concerned that the Department may not be able to assess whether it has fully recovered the costs incurred relative to the services it rendered for meetings and conferences outside the calendar, in view of the absence of a tracking system to monitor the actual and imputed expenditure associated with every meeting serviced.
والمجلس يساوره القلق إزاء احتمال عدم قدرة إدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات على تقييم ما إذا كانت قد استردت بالكامل التكاليف التي تكبدتها فيما يتعلق بالخدمات التي وفرتها للاجتماعات والمؤتمرات غير المشمولة في خطة المؤتمرات، وذلك نظرا لعدم وجود نظام للتتبع يرصد النفقات الفعلية والمفترضة المرتبطة بكل من الاجتماعات التي وفرت لها الخدمات.
