The National Constitutional Conference Act, 2007, provides that in the membership of the Conference (established as a forum for the examination, debate and adoption of a new national Constitution), where an institution is required to nominate three representatives, one shall be a woman, or three or more representatives, thirty per centum shall be women.
وينص قانون المؤتمر الوطني الدستوري لعام 2007(45)، على أنه في حالة تعيين مؤسسة ما لثلاثة ممثلين لها في المؤتمر (الذي أُنشئ كمنبر لدراسة دستور وطني جديد ومناقشته واعتماده) يجب أن تكون من بين الممثلين الثلاثة امرأة، وفي حالة تعيين عدد أكبر من الممثلين، يجب أن تكون نسبة 30 في المائة منهم من النساء.
