In the case of multiple shipments, the Basel Convention requires the expected dates or the expected frequency and the estimated quantity of each shipment to be quoted in blocks 5 and 6 or attached in an annex.
وفي حالة الشحنات المتعددة، تشترط اتفاقية بازل أن يحدد بدقة التواريخ المتوقعة أو الوتيرة المتوقعة وكذلك الكمية المقدرة لكل شحنة وذلك في الخانتين 5 و6 أو ترفق في ملحق. وإذا أصدرت سلطة مختصة موافقة مكتوبة.
